Yesterday was day 11 of the Florida Sea Base Divemaster Academy Class 10.  The candidates spent the morning in the pool and the afternoon on the water performing rescue exercises.  The wind is forecast to lay down a bit today and we are scheduled to complete three dives on the reef.

Today is the first day of shore leave for the Coral Reef Sailing crews.  I believe six crews will be in today for small boat sailing, tubing, paddle boarding and kayaking.

The Scuba Certification crew has completed their classroom and confined water (pool) training.  Today they will join the Scuba Adventure crews aboard the BSA Sea Scout for two training dives on the reef.

Two elements of the wind are forecasted to improve today and into tomorrow.  First, the wind should lay down a bit.  Second, the wind should clock to the north which will calm the seas on the reef.
